Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Strongest collects, why, and the control you have over it.

The short version
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Strongest (“Strongest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Strongest mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information needed to run the App for you.
Account information
- Email address and password, used to create and secure your account. Authentication is handled by our backend provider, Supabase; your password is stored by them in hashed form and is never visible to us.
Profile information
- A username and display name, and optionally a short bio, your height, and a profile picture that you choose to upload.
Training data
- Workouts you log — exercises, sets, weights, reps, durations, distances, workout names, and timestamps — along with derived values such as personal records and any manually entered one-rep-max benchmarks.
Preferences
- Settings such as your unit system (pounds or kilograms), body weight, default rest timer, app language, and light/dark theme.
Progress Analysis details (optional)
- Information you choose to provide to personalize your Progress Analysis, such as your goals, target physique, training styles, training experience, and optionally your age, gender, and an estimated body-fat percentage. These fields are optional and can be skipped or left blank.
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your browsing activity in other apps, or biometric identifiers. The App does not integrate with Apple Health or any other health platform.
3. How we use your data
- To provide core functionality — logging, saving, and displaying your workouts.
- To sync your data across sessions and devices when you sign in.
- To calculate features derived from your training, including strength and calisthenics rankings, muscle-development maps, analytics, and your Progress Analysis.
- To maintain the security and integrity of your account.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. How Progress Analysis works
Progress Analysis produces a personalized coaching report. It is important to be precise about how it operates:
- The report is generated on your device from your own logged training data — your muscle-development map, strength and calisthenics ranks, personal records, and workout consistency.
- It does not capture, upload, or analyze photos.
- It does not send your data to an external artificial- intelligence service, and it does not assess your physical appearance, body composition, or how any muscle looks.
- Generated reports are saved to your account (like the rest of your data) so you can revisit them.
5. Device permissions
- Photo library — requested only when you choose to set a profile picture, so you can pick an image. We access only the image you select.
- Notifications — if you allow them, the App schedules a local notification on your device to tell you when a rest-timer period is over. These notifications are generated on your device; enabling them is optional and the App works without them.
6. Where your data is stored
Your account data is stored in a hosted database and file storage operated by Supabase, our backend provider. Access is protected by row-level security so that each account can only read and write its own data. Profile pictures are kept in a private storage bucket and served through temporary, signed links.
For speed and offline use, the App also caches your data locally on your device. You can remove that local copy by signing out or by deleting the App.
7. Third-party services
We keep third parties to the minimum needed to operate the App:
- Supabase — provides authentication, database, and file storage. Your data is processed by Supabase on our behalf.
- Apple App Store — distributes the App and processes any purchases. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
We do not embed third-party advertising networks, and we do not use third-party analytics or cross-app tracking SDKs.
8. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists so the App can function. You can permanently delete your entire account at any time, directly within the App (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account) — no email or support request is required. Deleting your account immediately removes your account and associated data from our systems. You can also clear your workout and analysis data while keeping your account. See Delete Your Account for step-by-step instructions. Where we are legally required to retain limited records (for example for tax, security, or fraud-prevention), we keep only those, separated from your account, and delete them once the obligation ends.
9. Your rights & choices
- Access & portability — you can export your workout history as a CSV file from the Profile screen at any time.
- Correction — you can edit your profile, settings, and logged data directly in the App.
- Deletion — you can permanently delete your entire account from within the App, or clear your workout and analysis data while keeping your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at luvialights@gmail.com.
10. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider, and account data is isolated per user with row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
11. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it. You must also meet the minimum age required by the App Store and by applicable law in your country to create an account.
12. International users
We operate the App from, and store data in infrastructure that may be located in, the United States and other countries. If you use the App from outside those countries, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations with different data-protection laws than your own.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
14. Contact us
