Does the Progress Analysis use my photos?

No. Progress Analysis is generated on your device from your logged training data — your muscle development map, strength and calisthenics ranks, personal records, and workout consistency. It does not capture or analyze photos, it does not send your data to an external AI model, and it does not assess your physical appearance or body composition.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Strongest uses an email-and-password account so your workouts, settings, and profile sync securely and are available when you sign in on a device. Your data is private to your account.

Does my data sync across devices?

Accepted Answer

Your workouts, settings, and profile are stored securely in the cloud and synced to your account. Strongest is offline-first: your data is cached on your device so the app keeps working without a connection and syncs the next time you're online.

How are strength and calisthenics ranks calculated?

Accepted Answer

Both are standards-based, not social leaderboards. Your ranks are computed from your own completed sets against fixed benchmarks and placed on a six-tier ladder from Beginner to Grandmaster. You're never compared against other users.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Strongest can export your workout history as a CSV file from the Profile screen, and it can import workout history from the same common CSV format.

What units and languages are supported?

You can switch between pounds and kilograms, choose a light or dark theme, set a default rest timer, and use the app in English or Spanish. These preferences are saved to your account.

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

You can permanently delete your entire account directly in the app — go to Profile, open the Danger Zone section, and tap Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, workouts, rankings, records, and Progress Analysis data. You can also just clear your data while keeping your account.
