Delete your account & data
You're always in control of your data in Strongest. There are two options, depending on whether you want to wipe your data or remove your account entirely.
Two options, both in your control
Delete your account (in the app)
You can permanently delete your entire account directly in Strongest — no email or support request needed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- 01Open Strongest and go to the Profile tab.
- 02Scroll to the “Danger Zone” section at the bottom.
- 03Tap “Delete Account,” then review exactly what will be removed.
- 04Enter your password to confirm it's you, and confirm the final prompt.
- 05Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, and you're signed out.
What gets deleted
- • Your account and sign-in credentials.
- • Your profile, username, bio, and any profile picture you uploaded.
- • Your workout history, personal records, and benchmark data.
- • Your strength and calisthenics rankings.
- • Your Progress Analysis profile and saved reports.
- • Your settings and preferences.
Apple subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel any subscription billed through your Apple ID. If you have one, cancel it in your Apple subscription settings to avoid future charges. The app links you there during deletion.
Timing & retention
Account deletion is processed immediately and cannot be recovered. We remove your data from our systems; if the law requires us to keep limited records (for example for tax, security, or fraud-prevention), we retain only those, separated from your account, and delete them once the obligation ends.
Clear your data (keep your account)
Prefer to wipe your history but keep your account? This permanently deletes all of your workout and Progress Analysis data — from your device and our servers — while leaving your account active so you can start fresh.
- 01Open Strongest and go to the Profile tab.
- 02Scroll to the Developer section.
- 03Tap “Clear All Data” and confirm.
Tip: you can back up first with Profile → export your history as CSV before clearing.
